Linguistic Auditing: After carefully analysing the participants'' training needs, we assess their starting language levels (mapping out their abilities according to the Common European Framework Reference - CEFR) and set their target level for their study programme. We then propose a detailed programme of achievable objectives and programmed contents within the timelines established. As a result, both the students and the HR Department are aware of the effort they must make in order to achieve their objectives and there is complete transparency in the training road map.

2.   Present the ideal training modules and configurations needed to reach these goals.
